Hi! Just found this group through the chronic health forum

I'm Type 2. Not doing that well even though I try to eat right. Sitting in a wheelchair or on the couch doesn't help. Broken ankle-not healing after a year. Surgery in a couple of months. This am reading was 125. Never used to be high in the am.
Looking forward to learning and sharing.

It is discouraging when the healing process does not go well. I'm surprised that they let you go this long without making some type of intervention like physical therapy.

I', in a boot cast, not even supposed to stand--I'm non-weight bearing. I do some upper body exercises but that doesn't do much.
Just hoping the surgery works and will be able to walk again.
