Hi! A friend wants to join but is having trouble....

I sat w them. They put email, user name, password.
Got reply saying user name was already in the the DU Base. (not uncommon).
Tried one more same result. Oh, also said didn't do the ChaptaCatch (you know what I mean) picture.
Then ?3rd try said there was an error, and screen went back to the first user name (which was rejected).

Oh, she's also getting "there's a processingerror.".
Please help. She's a great Dem.

Is she using Safari? If so, try Chrome (ugh, I know. Still.)
