Krasnov appears in episode 11 of Ranma 1/2
About 6 minutes in, Right after Ranma in boy form beats Shampoo, Akane beats up a straw man with a lumpy face and orange hair. To make it worse, it has the number 45 on it's t shirt and she ends up holding it.
Ranma has more than enough inappropriate relations in it, but Krasnov with an underage girl is probably the worst. Ranma 1/2 predicted the future.
