Minor to moderate flooding is forecast Wednesday afternoon into early Friday along the Mid-Atlantic coast

from Virginia to New Jersey, and along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay and Potomac River, due to an extended period of sometimes gusty onshore winds.

LUCKILY, rain was over in much of Maryland, around Noon, and I later read about flooding in Annapolis, and then NYC!!!!
