Combining the factors of the dwindling of the conservative and highly religious Silent Generation and the ascendancy of the much more skeptical Millennials and Gen Zers with widespread fury at SCOTUS overreach, I would not be surprised to see another big drop in religious belief and backlash against religion getting its slimy tentacles in every corner of our lives.
