anyone tried exercises for snoring?

I have been trying to look for free exercises on the 'net, and found this, but just wondered if anyone has had any luck with any anti snoring exercises? Supposedly you have to do these EVERY day for six weeks to get results.

I had an overnight sleep test a couple of years ago. They found I only had episodes of sleep apnea and major snoring when I slept on my back. I've trained myself to sleep on my sides and my husband said it's helped somewhat.
