Planning a trip to Nepal.

Wife has lots of friends there. Even one with a fancy hotel to stay at.
Have to reup my passport first. Have funds saved up it.
Anyone else been there?

Fabulous place and really interesting. If there is one bit of advice to give you it is to bring masks to wear when you are near the funeral pyres down by the river in Katmandu. Loads of ash and other bits flying around. Other than that just look and enjoy everything. Go visit everywhere you can.
