the Chiefs!!!
Walker is receiving a three-year deal with a $43.05 million base value and $28.7 million fully guaranteed, sources told ESPN's Brady Henderson.
The Chiefs felt improving their rushing attack was one of their top priorities this offseason. The Chiefs were intrigued by Walker's ability to make dynamic highlights, even when the Seahawks' offensive line didn't create clear running lanes for him. Last season, Walker forced 61 missed tackles, according to Pro Football Focus, and generated 10 rushes in which he gained 20 or more yards.

It's what happens when you win a Super Bowl, players and coaches start getting poached by other teams.
We have a couple of backs in the pipeline, and will probably draft someone.
Life goes on.

(28,064 posts)slightly above ordinary in the regular season. As a Chiefs fan, I hope we get the post-season Walker!

(64,186 posts)He's been injured the two seasons before '05 and missed significant time.
In the Chiefs WCO with it's 60/40 pass run ration he might do well and have less chance at injury. I'm just echoing what most posters on my Seahawks fan board are saying. There's no hard feeling towards him for getting his bag, just our front office wasn't gonna pay so much.

(196,067 posts)Hes had some injury issues but when I finally saw Seattle play he was a noticeable spark. Classic running back.
I dont think I saw Seattle until after Thanksgiving or at least what theyd become over the season.
