Look at the reciever's shadow on the ground.
When the ball was kicked you can see his arm shadow covering the Penalty Kick dot (zoom in if you have to)
Pic 2
Then the animation technology shortens his hand and the arm shadow is now behind the grass line, no longer covering the Penalty Kick dot, to show him onside.
Complete crap!
