A cultivated image
Of strength and power
Self-serving boldness
While asleep at the wheel
And in the sacred room
Surrounded by sycophants
Truth doesn’t matter
There is no such thing
For these villainous thugs
Making life miserable
For so many victims
Every lie becomes real
Every fact discarded
To their sacred mounds of refuse
Only the weak would change their minds
Shift their opinions, become open
To be seen through, transparent,
In vulnerability
A Colossus must be solid
Steadfast on shifting sands
Even when inaction
Leads to inevitable disaster
The mighty Leader with jaw of stone
And skull to match
Every statement is gospel
To be immortalized
In red printed letters
The godlike wisdom
Of a giant among men
Always in denial of the truth
Look at the past
See what is real
And positively know
He is lying.
