I can't stand it! The New York State Broadcasters Association has inducted

a local (NYC) talk show host. The station he works for is FOX News on the radio. He was invited to introduce Trump at Madison Square Garden in 2024 where he called Joe Biden a "scumbag". Further on numerous occasions during his morning show, he's called NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani an "American hating, Jew hating, Radical Islam cockroach running our once beautiful city." Apparently, he's apologized.

Next, both Rosenberg and owner of the station, Catsimatidis, made two slots in the first 20 slots of Talkers Magazine's annual "Heavy Hundred". (Survey of the most popular talk show hosts across the country). Catsimatidis isn't as crude as Rosenberg, but he's all in for Trump and his administration.

Jesus! When NYC had progressive hosts like Jay Diamond, Lynn Samuels, "Grandpa" Al Lewis, Sam Greenfield, Alan Colmes, Bill Mazer, I don't remember any of them making #30 and above, if mentioned at all.

My point: Yeah, Sean and Rush used to show up regularly on the Heavy Hundred because of the revenue that they generated. But to have a station that is MAGA Central recognized twice is beyond the pale.

2. Lynn Samuels turned into a full blown

defender of how Alex Jones was doing things on his show. I lost all interest in her after that. An interesting thing is that if you do an internet search for that the AI comes back and says there is no direct evidence that she publicly supported Alex Jones.

I know this to be patently false because I used to listen to her regularly and when callers would call in and complain about what Jones was doing through manipulation, propaganda etc. she would openly go the opposite way of the caller and many was the time she would describe him as "great".

3. Sigh . . . . I know. I remember when she was a full-blown liberal who

was rational. She did change.
