Is anyone making hamburgers like this instagram reel?

It is burger patty & fixings in a cut to fit puff pastry piece, egg wash & then baked.
One person in the thread described it as a burger wellington.

I mean, it’s probably good, but once my burger patties are cooked, I’m going to slap them on buns and eat, not fuss with puff pastry and the oven.
