Hot honey goat cheese on crackers.
Rotini chickpea pasta with tomato sauce and Beyond meatballs. Grated parmesan.
Diced Granny Smith apple and fennel frond salad (from my single fennel growing in the garden!). Mixed greens--oak leaf lettuce & spinach. Homemade vinaigrette.
Dessert: Chocolate cookie and a chocolate chip/coffee Talenti.
Later tonight, some popcorn. I hope I bought the right kind. Have to check with Emile.

(1,985 posts)Air-fried frozen salmon burgers on whole grain Kaiser rolls with sliced red onion and teriyaki sauce. Also made oven roasted asparagus and a tomato cucumber salad as sides. Cheers!🥂

(11,925 posts)They turned out rather better this time. I toasted the chickpeas first, and used crumbs instead of flour. This yielded a big improvement in texture.
served with the last of the homemade pitas, some rice, and shawarma, and some of the hummus my husband made.

(2,132 posts)TJs Korean sushi. Not bad, except that it said to microwave for a couple minutes (I refuse to use one) so I left it on the counter to thawbut not long enough. Im pretty sure Im going to have to supplement later with some big ol WW udon with spicy Szechuan sauce to fill in the gaps later.
