Hi-Temp Silicone Pot Clip

This is a new product from Thermoworks... Looks pretty handy, especially if you're a candy maker.
(It's for holding a thermometer in liquid)

So many things like that don't work long haul. Could be good for deep frying also.
I don't do candy or many things which need a temperature monitored constantly so I won't be buying one.
