What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 5, 2025

Masala Sweet Potato Tacos from my Everything is Indian cookbook by Justin Narayan.

This is an easy recipe to make, especially since I already have salsa. Just cook a sweet potato with butter and put in cumin, paprika, chili powder and garam masala.

On top goes Greek feta, onion, and cilantro. Lime wedges. Flour tortilla.

I'll also have a tossed green salad to go with it.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: more of that wonderful chocolate creme cake with vanilla ice cream.

Brushed fresh caught Sockeye salmon with Dejon mustard and seasoned with garlic powder and paprika. Air-fried at 390 degrees for 8 minutes. Perfect. Also made steamed asparagus with sliced mushrooms and microwaved sweet potatoes. Cheers! 🥂
