Corn salad with baby arugula, tomatoes, peppers.

Cherry ginger kombucha.

Dessert: Hazelnut cookie.

2. leftovers from last night

Who knew that two seventy year olds couldn't each eat a whole roast game hen, half a baked acorn squash, and a chef's salad all in one go? Tonight we'll eat the other half, lol. We were going to have cantaloupe for dessert. That was breakfast this morning.

4. Air-fried Shrimp Salad

Chopped romaine, sliced Savoy cabbage and organic spring mix were the greens. Added chopped red onion, sliced black olives, chopped pickled beets and tomatoes tossed in homemade Thousand Island dressing (Dr. Fuhrman’s recipe) and topped with a nice portion of air-fried wild caught Gulf shrimp. Also had toasted baguette slices. Cheers!🥂
