Cucumber, mint, feta and dill salad. Has those small Lebanese cucumbers in it.
Corn, flavored with salt, pepper, arugula, tomatoes, feta cheese, and red onion. This just might be my favorite salad ever.
I have some corn-scallion pancakes, into which I will put a chicken sausage and roll it up. I cooked the sausages in the slow cooker, so they are super-tender. Caramelized onions over the top.
Kombucha: apricot-peach.
Dessert: Haagen Daz ice cream bar; flavor is raspberry truffle.

To accompany the gyoza I made a stir fry of chopped onions, red bell pepper, sliced cabbage, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic and ginger in a sesame garlic sauce. I tossed in cubes of air-fried tofu and chopped scallions. Cheers! 🥂

using ground turkey. The guys found kimbap with plant-based bulgogi at the Burmese store, so that was the side dish.
Both good, a little spicy and salty. There might be a little mint chip ice cream in the freezer ...
