I started this Mediterranean Chickpea Salad from a Taste of Home recipe last night. I'll just have to add a few items this afternoon and I'll have dinner ready. Would be nice to have a baguette, but an artisan roll can fill in to pick up all those delicious flavors of cucumber, tomato, and garlic. Yummmm.
Not my picture, but:
It will look like this 'cuz I'm going heavy on that goat cheese! Fresh herbs from my garden: basil, oregano, and parsley!
Kombucha: apricot.
Dessert: tiramisu.

(3,249 posts)Adding sauvignon blanc shrimp shell broth to the sauté. Grated parmigiano reggiano and Italian parsley to finish.

(1,394 posts)While I air fried cut seasoned cauliflower florets I sautéed chopped onions and minced garlic in evoo and veggie broth. I then added sliced mushrooms. When the cauliflower was done I tossed it along with cooked whole wheat penne and the onions and mushrooms. I tossed everything while I air fried seasoned wild caught shrimp. The shrimp topped the penne/cauliflower after it was plated. Cheers! 🥂
