Later this morning I'll make a Swiss cheese, tomato melted on whole wheat bread sandwich, hot tea

2. I just now went to bed

So I guess I’ll go straight to lunch. I’m thinking about a garbanzo pesto salad.

I stayed up late cooking and also posting about my cat. Who, BTW, is snoring and keeping me awake at 5:38 in the morning.

I loved my cheese on flatbread with tomatoes yesterday.I cut the cherry tomatoes in half and everything went in the air fryer. It was delicious and I especially liked the way the tomatoes got hot, too.

I couldn’t find my Swiss cheese, so I used butterkaese instead.

Of course, I went out and bought a new Swiss cheese and came home and immediately found the other one.
