Right now I'm cooking enough for two suppers, so about every other day is leftovers.

It will feature her tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, black olive slices, fresh basil/thyme/rosemary and fresh mozzarella.
Small green salads and Chianti.
Pirouette cookies for dessert.
