And, once again... I am denied everything that I applied for (from the county).

No SNAP, no Cash Assistance, no medical bill relief, no medical aid, no assistance of any kind.

We will not make it as things stand. I am hopeful my husband can survive without the massive drain that my existence creates for him. I will be lying dead in a ditch, since there seems to be no other options.

And, the hand of the Doomsday clock moves to two minutes till...

Our Maine Congressperson Chellie Pingree was on the radio this week advising someone in a similar position to call her office. She said "That's what we are here for, to help you."

I am so sorry you are up against it like this.

I have tried to appeal to her office over two years ago. They replied with some email that they got for their inquiry that said I was ineligible. That was alll they did, and I have not been able to get a reply or get near her to ask about it since.

So much for 'representation'. It is part of my curse. When one looks like some MAGA moron because of genetics, one tends to be biased against, even though I am the fucking opposite of MAGA. All they see is a fat, old, white dude with bad teeth. So, they won't speak to me.

It is over folks. Why continue to suffer when it is over? There is no help for me that anyone is willing to offer. There is nothing to be done about my health issues so I can not do much of anything to try and salvage this failed existence.

Why try to do so? It makes no sense.

The $24 a month isn't cutting it. I am not eating enough and have developed low blood sugar and lost a lot of weight.

I am spending a lot on prescribed over-the-counter items and they want receipts going back a year. I bought a lot of it on ebay and the receipts are gone along with the sellers.

I couldn't produce receipts going back a year so I got nothing more than the paltry $24.00 a month.

It sucks and yeah, I hear you. Elderly, disabled and living in poverty = very depressing situation.

We hang-in there some how. I hope I don't last for too long.

Take care.

And then, it is only those who sacrificed their very health and lives to the machine. If one does not have a history of being used by someone else, the powers that be will have no truck with you.

They don't want me to survive. I am not a good enough wage slave. And, I'm not rich myself.

Those two things are the only people this regime wants in their society.

As far as 'hoping I don't last for too much longer', preach on!

And, they will just figure out some way to deny that to me as well.

Playing a rigged game is your fault when you know it is rigged and continue to keep on playing it. They don't want me alive. They certainly don't want me trying to claim that tiny bit of Social Security that I spent over four decades paying into.

I am not Superman. I am not Lex Luther either. I am just a liability to our society, at least based on their reactions to my seeking aid.

I am tired of fighting just to survive. Fuck it.

Now, why we don't have enough after he gets paid is the part that they just cannot answer. But, we are over the line, apparently.

I cannot afford to go see a doctor for a routine checkup, but we are over the line.

It's all by design.

There is no luck and there is no help for someone like me.

I don't play their game. So, I don't get their favor.

And I am tired of trying to, to be honest.

More than tired.

My husband has been informed that his position is going to be terminated in March. The company does not like him because he is not 'GQ' and 'shmoozy' enough for their taste. So, they are likely going to give him the paltry and insulting 'severance package' and then we are screwed.

Oh, this is for the entire company. So, just FYI (and they are probably going to raise hell about me letting the cat out of the bag, but I just do not care. They have screwed my husband too many times while he saved their asses), Panera will no longer have bakers in their stores. I have no idea what this means for their bread sales, but when you claim you are a bakery, it is wild to learn that there will be no bakers there.
