Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued an ultimatum to Belarus, calling on Alexander Lukashenko to remove equipment from his country used by Russia in its attacks on Ukraine or face the consequences.
RUSSIAN AUTHORITIES' REACTION TO UKRAINE’S STRIKE ON MOSCOW
Russian authorities sought to downplay the impact of a bold Ukrainian attack on an oil complex in Moscow even as footage showed black rain descending on the capital.
