US aims 'for regime change on the cheap' with Caribbean military build-up, says analyst - DW News



There's growing international concern over the US military build-up in the Caribbean. The Trump administration says the US flotilla is there to target drug-smugglers bringing narcotics into the United States. But America's allies -including France - have expressed concerns that the campaign could escalate into a wider conflict.
