Per WH, China agreed not to attack Taiwan, now China is mad and will attack?

Per somebody in the WH/Pentagon, Tomahawks missiles were approved to send to Ukraine, but now it isn't?

Judge ruled against WH and therefore payment of Snap to be retrieved and sent out. Now, maybe, WH may send a "small" payment out?
Maybe.

20 billion to Argentina. Military actions against the drug cartel in different countries and sending elections monitors/ICE to blue cites.
