Action Alert: Only Days Left to Stop Wildlife Killing Contests in Illinois.

March 2, 2026

Senate Bill 3063 won't move forward unless it is assigned to a Senate Committee for a hearing and vote.
There are only days left in the legislative process to make that happen.
Your action is vital.

Killing contests promote the indiscriminate slaughter of coyotes, foxes, raccoons, and other wildlife, with participants competing for cash and prizes for killing the most, the largest, or even the smallest animals in a matter of hours or days.
Scientists, wildlife professionals, and a growing majority of the public condemn these events as inhumane and ecologically harmful.

TAKE ACTION TODAY!
Please contact the Senate President and key members of the Senate Assignments Committee, urging them to assign and move forward with SB3063, the bill to prohibit wildlife killing contests.
