Naheed Nenshi, Mayor of Calgary, muslim, named as world's greatest mayor

for 2014. It certainly has been a love affair. And he's only 43. My question is: will he bring authenticity back to governance?

as he is only one person...but he certainly is someone I enjoy watching and seeing what he is up to. He seems not only authentic, sharp as a tack and has great comebacks. Cracks me up. And passionate about the issues. Really, what's not to like? Makes this Edmonton area resident want to move to Calgary (almost, lol).

I did have a giggle at some of the comments on that article. Right wingers never change their spots, same ol' talking points, even when proven wrong several times, they pop up again and again with the same comments. So typical - they think repeating umpteen times will make it true.

Anyway. Good article, thanks. I'm a bit late to comment, but oh well. Long week at work.
