Seven, including three incumbents, file for three seats in Loris City Council election
Seven candidates, including all three incumbents, filed for the three Loris City Council seats up for election.
The election is being held Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Incumbents Andrea Coleman, Kelli Gerald and Carroll D. Padgett all filed for re-election. The other candidates are Candice Grella, Joshua Franklin, Lamar Jordan and Marshall Russell.
Coleman, who is originally from New City, New York, moved to Loris in 2018. She is seeking her second term.
