Jaime Arroyo wins Dem primary for Lancaster mayor
"The reason why I'm becoming mayor is because I'm thinking about the future and the future of Lancaster City for Miles," he said.
Miles is his son, who he described as the light of his and his wife's lives.
Arroyo also thanked his supporters and his campaign team.
Arroyo faced off against Janet Diaz in Tuesday's primary election.
