MAYOR HOLT REMARKS ON HISTORIC OKC BOND ELECTION IN OVERWHELMING VICTORY

At an election results watch party, Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt gave the earliest victory speech he’s ever been allowed to give, he told the crowd of a few dozen people at Iron Star Urban BBQ on Tuesday night.

“We don't think that anything is going to turn this tide. The people of Oklahoma City have once again followed a trend that they have pursued now for 30 years, which is their willingness to invest in themselves,” he shared with excitement.
Early voting leaned heavily in favor of all 11 propositions and stayed steady throughout the evening.


“At the risk of treating this like it's a catchphrase-- but it's okay if it becomes one-- all OKC does is win, and that's what we built.
