RALEIGH 9/17/2025 10:41 AM -- The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing child: Iris Everly-Marie Fargis.


Iris Everly-Marie Fargis is a 1-year-old, White, Female, approximately 2 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 23 pounds. She has Brown hair, and Brown eyes. Orange in color Halloween shirt with a white ghost on front, Black in color tights with jackolanterns, lollpops and worms on same.

The victim is believed to be with : Tyler Ray Toodle.

Tyler Ray Toodle is described as 26 years old, White, Male, 6 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds. He has brown hair, and blue eyes. Tattoo left arm "336" in blue ink, Tattoo "Respect" on right forearm, Tattoo "My Sisters Protector" on left arm, Tattoo "$" in red ink on right forearm, acne scars and scabs on face

751 Hanner Rd., Randleman, NC 27317, unknow direction of travel. Has ties to Sampson County, Caswell County and Alamance County. The vehicle is a Black 2018 Honda Civic with NC license tag number JMS6500. The vehicle is described as dark tinted windows.

RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — Have you seen her?

A 1-year-old girl is missing from Randolph County, according to the NC Center for Missing Persons.

Iris Everly-Marie Fargis, 1, was missing from 751 Hanner Rd., Randleman, NC.

She is described to be about 2 ft. 1 in. tall and weighing about 23 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

The NC Center for Missing Persons said she was last seen wearing an orange Halloween shirt with a white ghost on the front and black tights with jackolanterns, lollipops and worms.

She is believed to be with Tyler Ray Toodle, 26. Toodle is not the child's father, according to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office.

Toodle is described to be 6 ft. and weighing about 175 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Randolph County deputies said he has acne scars and scabs on his face.

Deputies said he has the following tattoos:

"336" in blue ink on his left arm
"Respect" on his right forearm
"My Sister's Protector" on his left arm
"$" in red ink on right forearm
Their direction of travel is unknown. Toodle is believed to be driving a black 2018 Honda Civic with dark-tinted windows and the NC license tag number JMS6500.

She was not injured, and Sampson County social services agents were expected to return her to her family.

WRAL's Sky 5 flew over Mitchell Loop Road where a burned out car was visible along the side of the road.

WRAL is working to learn more about any relationship between Toodle and Iris and what led authorities to issue the alert.

A check of Toodle's criminal record shows charges of domestic violence and assault on a female in Guilford County from August 2024. Court records show he and the alleged victim of that assault shared an address a recently as July.

It's unclear if the vehicle he was driving is the burned out car referenced. The main thing is she was not injured.
