https://www.nme.com/news/music/bonehead-to-take-planned-break-from-oasis-reunion-tour-as-he-shares-cancer-diagnosis-3897094Paul Bonehead Arthurs has announced that hell be taking a planned break from Oasis Live 25 reunion tour to continue his cancer treatment, after sharing news of his recent diagnosis.
The guitarist was given the all-clear from tonsil cancer back in 2022, but has now shared that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year, and will be sitting out the bands upcoming dates in Asia and Australia before rejoining them in South America so that he can have the next phase of care.
Early this year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, said Bonehead in a statement. The good news is Im responding really well to treatment, which meant I could be part of this incredible tour. Now, I am having to take a planned break for the next phase of my care, so lll be missing the gigs in Seoul, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney.
Im really sad to be missing these shows but lm feeling good and will be back ready to go in time for South America. Have an amazing time if youre going this month and Ill see you back onstage with the band in November.

Prayers and healing vibes for him. He's not only a great musician, but reportedly a very nice guy who stayed close to both Noel and Liam and had a lot to do with this reunion.

So I will never get to hear the full Oasis
I wish Paul the very best with his treatment.
I rooting for Bonehead to take the stage at Knebworth next year.

be fine. And I'm hoping they'll do more shows next year - though none have been announced yet - and he'll be in the band then.
