Saw Randy in Chicago, I think the place was called the Ivanhoe. It was right around the time he put out out Short People. His show was very entertaining.

This is a really good song written by Doc Pomus and first made popular by Ray Charles.

But this cover is very good, even better I think mthan the Ray Charles one.


Not too long ago I thought to myself that Randy must be a millionaire times over just from his royalties from the Monk theme song cause it was on so many channels at all hours for so long.
