Though I don't see one in the video, it sounds like they used a baritone, or subsonic, guitar.
Might just be the fuzz on the bass, but I think it's both.
I played one once. It's surprising how much that extra inch & a half of neck changes the feel.
Lots of the prog metal bands of the 90s & aughts used them.
