Had some bloodwork today, taken by someone I know

6. I joked with the tech after she took my blood, "I've been phlebotomized."

She just looked at me strangely.

I said, "Ya know. Phlebotomy. Phlebotomist."

Then she laughed, sort of.

Made with a little red bead at the bottom of each blade. She was grossed out. By a simulated drop of blood.





I don't think that they like whimsy distracting them.
