I suppose if it was something historic, it would have been memorable.

I haven't the foggiest recollection of what my first YouTube video would have been.

But I could tell you the most recent!

4. I registered with YouTube in 2008

So I really don't remember that far back.

I remember having YouTube, Project Player, Meez and Photobucket all for Myspace.

Unpopular opinion, Myspace was a much nicer platform and I actually had fun there.
