Good morning my DU family,
If laughter is truly the best medicine, we need many more comedians as doctors.
Sometimes I have to remind myself to laugh, usually after days of too much seriousness or focus on something negative. When that laughter finally comes, it genuinely feels wonderful.
Please give us a day filled with opportunities to laugh, make others laugh, or at least make an effort to just be silly and carefree, because that is exactly the medicine called for today.
