WTF is chair tai chi?

i keep seeing ads on youtube about it and now i'm even seeing ads for it on facebook.

...promising to turn them into muscle bound athletes in 2 months with just 7 minutes of chair tai chi (whatever TF that is) per day.

and some leg movements. Building energy movements are wonderful.

There are loads of free videos online so no one needs to pay for the workout. I have lower back issues so I can sit through part of the program. It’s very helpful for people with disabilities.
