Ok, our Art & Crafts DU'rs - any new Holiday Decor you're going to Make?

I have to get to Michaels and buy a Styrofoam circle for a wreath base. I need something light-weight for the hook on my door .
Then I'll probably wrap this multi greens colored yan around it, and go from there. Ah, I have thin red yarn, maybe braid that and add it over the green.👍
.
Also have this gold eyelash yarn. Like very short tinsel! 😄 Crochet a long open lattice ribbon I can put across my hallway entrance. If I can get some nice metallic red paper I can add little origami "balloons" to dangle from it.

I also cut out flat ornament shapes, and add gold acrylic paint designs to them. Put on walls.

Any one thinking up stuff?

I still have these sweet fabric covered ornament shapes decorated w rick-rac and spangles that my mom made guided by a women's magazine. She did her own version of decorating them. Gotta be like 60 yrs old or so.
Precious memories.🩷

The older I get the more I enjoy someone’s effort to make a room more colorful.

I always enjoy what others create, too!
