I have some health issues over the past few years so I am cleaning up my act

Healthy eating from now on.

My early dinner:

Onion rings ...fried of course
Cheese Coney with onions... vegetable .
With hot sauce ..clears out the blood system.
2 glasses of reisling...on my first.... now on # 2..

Keith Richards made it to 80 so what
the hell? Besides America is now a
fascist dictatorship after a dirty election
and his administration is made of grifting
billionaires and Fox News shit bags so
what do I care?

Fats! Cheese, cream, beef fat, pork fat, butter, ice cream, and sour cream.

And now nutritionists are telling us to eat lots of good fats - like spoonfuls of butter. I use lots of cheese, butter, cream cheese in my cooking.

I have switched to cooking in organic beef tallow which is healthier than cooking in chemically processed seed oils.

We were told to not eat many eggs in the past & now eggs are a superfood and many on the carnivore diet have at least 6 or more a day.

Used for improved focus because many have foggy minds.

We have nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and it appears nicotine can improve how those receptors work .

Many who never smoked are using patches to feel good - it promotes dopamine release.

I just bought some & I do believe I am happier!

Former smoker. If I ever get a terminal diagnosis, the first thing I'm going to do is buy a carton of smokes.

I've been eating a lot of skinless chicken, salmon with broccoli and blueberries. I hate it. I had to make some bacon to wash down the nasty healthy food taste.

He told me I can eat anything.

But if it tastes good, spit it out.
