Thanks DU for being DU!
I don't join social media sites or apps anymore, but I decided to see what Blue Sky Social is about having heard such nice things. As soon as I signed up, the account was suspended. I didn't have a chance to like a post, write a post, join a group, nothing. There was no reason given, the FAQ didn't explain what I did or didn't do or how to fix it. It was simply suspended on the spot and bye bye. It's no different than the rest. I'd imagine they need fodder for their AI's digestion and it's full of garbage.
So again, thanks DU, EarlG, MERT, and every DU citizen that make DU open, secure, approachable, accessible ... and ...
