Just my luck.

Suppost to close on our new home next Monday, just needed some proof of my retirement income. Did it all last week and then find out they sent it to my old address in Ohio.
So, I'm on the phone and desk top for 3 hours today trying to get it again. Got it, might be just in time. Call my wife to tell her and she says she just talked to the HOA and they said we won't need it.

$400/month lot rent that includes sewer and trash.
Just came from the bank and it's a done deal. Paid for, wired the money and close tomorrow at noon. Now have to sell current one, but its paid for so no big deal.

In a past life I had a real estate license. One thing I learned, never trust the sellers agent. I did hire a great inspector..So I know what it needs.
