This is a spooktacular and throttling idea, True!
I created my Halloween fence last year by trash picking 3/4" pvc pipes. My neighbor cut the pipes down for me. I inserted the pvc pipes into the ground and placed pool noodles over the pipes. I put purple fabric ribbon over the pool noodles. I then draped orange and purple Halloween solar lights to create the fence.
I know the photo doesn't show it, but all the solar lights are orange and purple and there's equal distance from the middle of the fence to the outer posts. I was out there measuring. The angle that I took the photo makes everything look wonky.
