I'm teaching a class on the medicine wheel, also known as the year cycle or solar wheel. It's been used around the world by our ancestors found on cave paintings etc. And I'm going to teach people about the directions the elements etc using meditation, journaling, art, etc ..

I'm having a horrible time dealing with meta and their stupid ads and verification process so I haven't been able to really promote much. But it's okay, it's only my first time out of the gate. And I'm still going to show up with all of my materials, and even if it means I just play My drum and light my candles in an empty room. At least I'm showing up for myself!

"Materials Included" is a very flexible term! LOL

I just started this new dose of meds and it's messing with my tummy... could be nerves too...

I'm SO good at speaking and teaching when I get going...but right now I am in my head and nauseated...

I have one in my garden but it's pretty overgrown so I'm going to have to get in there and do some management when I get in the garden later this season LOL

It's so interesting to me how the different colors are different places , depending who you learn from!!!

And also the different colors correspond to different elements in different tribes as well..

Honestly, since I've been feeling so crappy all day I was glad to go home. But I did the work and I got all the stuff together and I was prepared and I showed up! And that's better than usual for me LOL

What you are doing is wonderful. I wish more people understood the connection between this and their lives.

But, the majority have been far too programmed to see it. Too bad.

But I'm proud of myself for sticking it out and making sure that I had everything ready and put together. I even got all my materials printed out and folders and everything.

And I showed up for myself! Which is really a big deal.

So I'll keep plugging away....
