8. LOL 35 years ago I got involved in a class action against Sears.

I was waiting for my big pay day. Sears settled for millions of dollars, but the attorneys got 75% of the settlement and all of us class action members got coupons for $7.20 that we had to use when purchasing goods at Sears.

That was the last time I got involved in a class action. I had to notarize my affidavit that I was a Sears credit card holder and get it notarized for ten bucks.

9. I only recently sent in paperwork for a class action suit against Walmart for wage theft

I worked there for an entire 3 days.


The very first item on Walmart's hiring agenda is to show anti-union training videos to new hires.


This is a colossal red flag for me.


That fact that there's an class action suit against Walmart for wage theft doesn't surprise me.


I'm expecting a whopping $2.00 from this suit.
