Sons of Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew and Epstein of abuse, seek control of her estate

MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Lawyers for two sons of Virginia Giuffre, her housekeeper and her former attorney appeared in an Australian court Friday in a case deciding who controls her estate.

Giuffre was the highest-profile accuser of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and she settled a lawsuit for an undisclosed sum in 2022 against then- Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor after he was stripped of his royal titles over his association with Epstein. She died by suicide in April at the age of 41 at her farm in Western Australia state without leaving a will.

The only adults of her three children — Christian Giuffre, 19, and Noah Giuffre, 18, — filed a case in the state Supreme Court in June to gain control of their mother’s estate including property in Western Australia, where she had lived for years, and potential revenue from her memoir “Nobody’s Girl.”

The memoir, released last month, expands on her claims that she was sexually trafficked as a teen by the late financier to billionaires, politicians and King Charles III’s brother. Mountbatten-Windsor categorically rejected the allegations and said he didn’t recall having met her.

Presumably the kids want her estimated $6-7M estate (pre-book) over their dad, who she was separated from AZJonnie 9 hrs ago #2

Allegedly the husband/father of the kids was abusive to her, possible reason for the divorce. Clouds Passing 8 hrs ago #4

I can't even begin to imagine having to deal with all this after their mother's death.

and in divorce proceedings from, but still legally married to when she departed. This is the same husband who got her out of Epstein's clutches 23 years ago when she was attending massage school in Thailand (paid for by JE) and took her back to Australia with him and fathered her 3 children.

Without knowing the details, slightly tough call to make re: whether it's fair to take it all away from the guy, if indeed that is their intent. Kids for sure deserve SOME and if this were like their stepfather she'd not been with that long I'd for sure be 100% on their side, but this seems kinda weird given it's their own dad they'd be fighting here and it's a 23 year relationship.

Abuse from her husband was not apparent in her book Nobody’s Girl.
