How many billionaires are going to get millions when millions of families will be destroyed?

The budget will add trillions to the deficit. But who gets the money? We know who looses. That is plastered all over the media. I want to know how many, millions or thousands or hundreds, wealthy are going to steal all that money from those in need in our society.
