The classic 1952 movie, High Noon, has been renamed to "High 1:00 PM".

Due to an act of Congress, 12:00 o'clock in the daytime, formerly called "noon" no longer refers to the closest hour to the time the sun crosses the local meridian and reaches its highest point in the sky. Noon has now been permanently moved to 1:00 PM.

It's not a unicameral legislature that appoints on its own the executive and judicial branch. The idjits wanting that haven't managed to get their way. (At least not yet ...?)
