Florida cop who detained the wrong teen and lied on his report , "reached into his waistband, resisted", has resigned
Saw a random teen that didn't fit the description, tackled him roughly, breaking his arm, with curse words and threats. Then lied on the report to justify his action
Resigning. He needs to be prosecuted.
