Trump is set to declare Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff as illegitimate senators due to fraud and corrupt elections which, among many things, caused him to lose the 2020 election.

in 2020. So, they ran in early 2021 and won the runoffs. Warnock's seat was up in 2022 and he again went into a runoff and won again.

All of these were in elections where the GA Secretary of State was Republican. At this point, you would think that Warnock would be legitimate even if Trump's lies about 2020 were true. Ossoff is ahead in his November race.

In 2002, Sununu defeated Shaheen partly because Republicans hired a company to disable the Manchester GOTV by sending hundreds of calls to their phones. Even though people were charged and convicted for doing this, no one pushed to remove Sununu and make Shaheen Senator. (She became Senator in the next election.)

The founders made a big mistake letting the politicians decide who is on the court. At the very least the President should have to choose from a vetted list prepared by a panel of Constitutional Scholars, Lawyers, and respected Judges. No political picks of unqualified people. Unfortunately that would take a Constitutional Convention to change and that opens up a whole other can of worms because if I remember other changes can be offered including undesirable ones.
