I was going to start a thread about what I saw on Rachel Maddow but basically I wanted to say I'm not sure when Maine will have a Democratic nominee but I will hope the next one works to reign Trump in instead of the ways Susan Collins failed and capitulated to Trump on key votes. I would also like to see the next nominee address problems like this and work on solutions to solving them.

I do support abolishing ICE and that is actually a mainstream position according to polling. Glad to see here that Jackson supports it.

apparently she is trying to stop the OMB from attaching rules to research grants that will allow political hacks to determine what science is funded and what is done with the funding.
